Terms & Conditions

• Phone orders: Orders may be placed over the phone by calling 888-411-0287. Items shipped to US addresses only.

• Payment: Visa, Mastercard and Amex payments are accepted.

• Hours of Operation: Orders placed after 2 pm CST will ship no later than the following business day. Chamois Butt’r is closed on Saturday and Sunday and most major holidays. 

• Cancellation: Orders may not be cancelled after product has shipped.

• Refunds: Refunds will only be issued once the product has been received. Refunds will be credited to the card used to make the initial purchase only.

• We provide fast and easy returns for US orders placed within 30 days of purchase, and up to 14 days after you initiate the return process. Items purchased in November and December can be returned within 60 days of purchase. Refunds for shop credit are free, whereas refunds to the original payment methods deduct a $5 restocking fee. When returning, please ensure item seals are unbroken in order to receive a full refund. Items that are dirty, stained, smelly and/or covered in pet hair have obviously been used and do not fall under this return policy.
