COVID-19 is changing the way we work, ride bikes, and socialize. While things change on a day by day basis, we are going to do our best to protect our employees and community. People are at the heart of what we do, and we care deeply about considering everything we can do to help the situation. We plan to follow the CDC’s recommendations for group activities the next 8 weeks or more.
We are limiting our exposure from group rides and events. If we have committed to events scheduled in the next 8 weeks, our teams will not attend and we will encourage organizers to reschedule in accordance with the CDC’s recommendations. If the CDC’s recommendations change, we will amend our travel plans to follow the safest course of action for our community.
Bikes aren’t cancelled, but we hope you rethink how you socialize. During this time we encourage you to take precautions to protect yourself and your community. We also hope you look for alternative ways to continue to enjoy your bike while respecting the people around you. We will focus on solo rides, rediscovering favorite trails on our own, and riding indoors. We’re all in this together and we’ll still be here encouraging you to push yourself even during this difficult time. Limiting your personal exposure through small sacrifices can help all of us.
